Refund Policy

Our candles are handmade and made to order. They may vary slightly in colour, scent and appearance (frosting) occurring due to the nature of vegan soy wax. All images of the candles are shown in the Products section of the website and also shown on our instagram @_gigicandles. 

Our candles will not be refunded or exchanged therefore please choose carefully and look at images prior to purchasing. 

If you're concerned that you have received a faulty product or the wrong item please contact us via email [email protected]

All candles will be shipped out securely packaged to ensure no breakages occur. If you receive your candle and believe it is faulty or damaged whilst in transit, please contact Australia Post with the consignment number that you have been provided with.

Our candles are handmade and made to order, therefore please allow up to 3-5 business days before dispatch. You will receive a consignment number via email once posted.

Standard Shipping: $9.15 (3-7 business days)

Express Shipping: $12.30 ( 1-5 business days)
